The wall panel KS1000 AT PIR IPN with concealed fasteners can be installed vertically or horizontally. It can be used as lightweight cladding in all building types where the interior temperature is above 0°C. The secret of the perfect thermal and fire properties of our panels lies in the core. The additional benefits of this system are the variety of coatings and profiles. It is an elevation panel with excellent insulation. The standard external coating is polyester (PES), and the internal layer is polyester (PEI). Other optional coatings are available in the data sheet.

Manufactured length range
- The standard panel length is from 3 to 13.5 metres.
- The minimum panel length is 2.5 m to 3.1 m depending on the thickness.
- The maximum production length is 15,0 m.
- Panels shorter than 2.5 m are cut on site. Please ask our Customer Service regarding longer panels.

Standard packaging for road transport
The panels KS1000 AT are placed on EPS blocks or wooden pallets. Sides of the packages are protected with EPS boards. Entire packages are wrapped in a flexible polythene film.
The number of panels in a package depends on their thickness (see the table below). The number of panels in packages that are longer than the longest standard panels is reduced proportionally. The standard pallet height is 1,100 mm. The maximum pallet weight is 3,000 kg.
