Composite wall panels can be installed on all structures. The panels can be installed also on roofs, to make the building unique. The panels can be joined along the long edge thanks to the cut back in the external profiled face. They can be installed vertically and horizontally (although we recommend vertical installation).

Available thickness range

The standard panel length is three to twelve metres. On request, we can deliver panels shorter than three metres and longer than twelve metres. The maximum panel length is 15.0 m. For non-standard panels contact our Customer Service.

Cut back

The cut back allows the panels to be lapped. The panels have the cut back made at factory. All RW panels have a minimum cut back of 50 mm with insulation removed. We can deliver different cut back lengths, from 50 to 350 mm, on request.

When placing your order, specify the cut back length and panel handedness regarding roof installation.

Building regulations
Kingspan insulated composite panels are manufactured in accordance with applicable building regulations and standards and conform to the requirements in the harmonised European standard PN EN 14509: Self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels – Factory made products – Specifications.

Kingspan’s warranty is granted for each project separately, taking into consideration the environmental corrosiveness and the selected coating type.

Standard packaging for road transport

The panels are transported on EPS blocks or wooden pallets with external (trapezoidal) sides facing each other to improve transport efficiency. The sides are protected with EPS foam boards. The package is wrapped in polyethylene. The maximum standard pallet height is 1100 cm.

The number of panels in a package depends on their thickness (see the table below). The number of panels in packages that are longer than the longest standard panels is reduced proportionally. The standard pallet height is 1,100 mm. The maximum pallet weight is 3,000 kg.
