Available thickness range

The standard panel length is two to ten metres. They can be cut shorter on site. Please contact our Customer Service regarding production and delivery of other lengths. The maximum available length of the panel is 13 m.

• Cut back – factory-made (the core and bottom face removed)
• If the design provides for panel joining along the pitch, the panels are overlapped using the cut back.

The panels KS1000 FF have no cut back as standard. If at least two roof panels have to be installed along the pitch due to the length of the roof, they need to overlap. Factory-made cut back for overlap (core and bottom face removed) can be made for panels three to ten metres long. The cut back is 50 to 300 mm long.

Specify the cut back length and panel handedness in the order in relation to placement on the roof.

For a standard arrangement (cut back facing the observer), the left-handed panel has the free longitudinal corrugation on the left-hand side. The panels are then installed from left to right (recommended installation direction opposite to the prevailing wind).

Kingspan insulated composite panels KS1000 FF are manufactured in accordance with applicable building regulations and standards. They conform to the harmonised European standard PN EN 14509: Self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels – Factory made products – Specifications.

Warranty
Kingspan provides statutory warranty and warranty for external coatings and composite panels for each project separately.
